A seasoned transaction advisory professional with over 17 years of experience, including senior advisory roles at Baker Tilly and Protiviti. He has advised on more than 75 regional and cross-border M&A transactions, specialising in transaction due diligence, business valuation, investment strategy and corporate finance.
A senior investment and corporate finance executive with over 30 years of experience, including leadership positions as Chief Investment Officer at Emaar Industries & Investments and Director of Investments at Tawazun. His expertise encompasses private equity, strategic investments, M&A and board-level investment governance.

He has held senior risk leadership positions at QNB, Al Rajhi Bank and ADGM regulated institutions, specialising in enterprise risk, Basel capital frameworks and regulatory governance.
